Have at least 1 set of stat manuals (3 per set) to give to Qulin.
Encounter
In the towne of Lowangen, visit Qulin's Gymnasium. Give Qulin 150 statistics manuals to get the mark.
In the same visit, give 3 statistics manuals to Qulin to get one back. The statistic manuals do not have to all be the same. If you give Qulin 2 and then leave, you'll only get credit for 2 with no manual given back to you.
