Obviously lost, this sorcerer looks sort of helpless and extremely out-of-
place here. He has most likely traveled here on the Merdraco, and got off
at the wrong stop. It would be surprising if he could do much in this
bustling city, as such places are generally too fast to accomodate such
hapless bumblers as he appears to be. If you have time to give him a
handout, he would probably be willing to take old, spare enchanted items off
of you. Simply say to him, for example, PLEASE, TAKE MY FOCAULT CLOAK or I
NO LONGER NEED MY SKULL OF RIGA, or YOU JUST SPILLED BEER ALL OVER MY MANUAL
OF ICE WHIP, IT'S YOURS.
