Requires:

Artificing in Vospire requires that you first obtain:

A wooden token - These can be obtained from Fellstump the Protector and can be bought from Regwold's Antique in the Towne of Xaventry or from the Master Ranger trainer in Sigil.
The crystal of power (level 220) x 3
Yourban's soul (level 200) x 3

Once you have a stockpiled wooden tokens you will need to use the Xavapult in the Towne of Xaventry to land in the room A Small Path Between The Trees in Vospire, this is a LPK east/west path. You will need either a Yourban's soul or the crystal of power in your inventory or you will be teleported out. Once you land there you go all west to the room An Ancient Quonset Hut where the guru is located.

it.  Clearly the occupant of this hut has dedicated it to tranquility and
harmony.  Just by standing under its roof, waves of calm wash over any weary
adventurer who ventures inside.  Many seek the guidance of the enlightened
one who resides here and is the foundation for the calming aura generated
within its walls.  Seekers are said to wait for many days outside his door
as they wait for him to allow them entrance to his home.  
A lean man levitates in the lotus position, about an inch off the ground.

Give him 3 of the item you want artificing.
Wait for him to hand you back your completed item.

It is a clump of some arcane matter.  It is constantly changing shape and
strongly resembles a light gray cloud.  It's surface yields to your touch,
wrapping itself around your hand and arm, but you cannot feel it.  It does
not follow your hand when you withdraw it and it floats where you leave it,
as if gravity does not exist for it.
