Before fighting the Bedraggled Bride, you must first kill 4 formed Limping Bridesmaids and a Flowergirl. In general, avoid calming, as it seems that there are emote auto-blind attacks on anyone who calms (particularly with herbs.) Fleeing is a better option. Keeping the tank healed up is an absolute must. The bridesmaids, flowergirl and Bride are all in NPK, so wear your best gear and maintain high AR.
To exit the area, enter the altar where the Bride is standing. This will put you into a Prayer Shed in Rune Forest. Search for a door south, exit and you're done.

Limping Bridesmaids Enocunter
The 4 Limping Bridesmaids will form. It is helpful to have one or two, or optimally 3 druids in form so that the druid can ooze off one or two of the bridesmaids. Have all form members focus almost entirely on healing the tank (not cure light... use your best healing power.) The tank will take a lot of damage, and will wind up with many broken bones and ultimately will have around 500 hp, 3 strength and 3 agility. You may need to swap tanks out to avoid having form members perish. However, anyong who intends to loot should not tank (the strength loss will render it impossible for them to pick up any items due to weight restrictions.)

To begin this run, you need a gold-sided die which when used, will give you a disgusting, bloody wedding invitation. This can be looted from the Lagmonster, given by daily rewards, obtained from the Black Lodge Mini or by giving the Craps Dealer in New Rigel a Bag of Tricks or a Ring of Spell Turning. Be careful, as the Wedding Chapel has an extremely long repop (about 3 days or more) so if you use your invitation, the boss mobs may or may not be there.
When the invitation is used, you and your form will be transferred to the Wedding Complex. 3 Rooms south of you will be the Bridesmaids, Flowergirl and Bride. North of you will be a locked door.
