This is a TUTORIAL. It provides no rewards, but teaches you about Alyria. Bonebeard is one of the founding parents of Pirate's Cove- the captain of the pirate ship, seeking refuge from the privateers of northern Beltane, who came ashore to set up camp. Plans for leadership never came to fruition, and all these years later, have never come together. The original conception of the town's seat of power remains in old town, unused by the actual town's leadership, remaining Bonebeard's personal office. Tutorial quests do not grant rewards.
