From recall in the Towne of Decara head west, north, all west to a down, down, south, all west, 2 rooms into NPK. Lord glomus can be fairly hard to solo for a low stat Archon. He will cast typical boss type spells, chain lightning, fatigue, web, silence, extinction, energy orb, etc. Dispelling him will help if you are able to. Once you slay him you should get a Lord Glomus' Key, if not wait for him to repop, you can also try the ledger method mentioned in the a hand-carved viola guide to get a key from him. His key has 3 uses and can be used to either unlock a magic trainer or a weapon trainer, both of which can be used to deposit your tokens.
Unlocking spell trainer
From Lord Glomus' room search, open the west, follow the path down, fleeing down each time, once at the bottom, head all west, unlock door again and you will arrive at the trainer.
Unlocking weapon trainer
From Lord Glomus' room head all east, then down, all west, all south, all east unlock the south door, south, then all west to trainer.
To deposit your tokens, simply type archon deposit, depositing will also restore your stats to full. To exit either trainer you can leave the way you came, or simply say "exit" to be teleported to the entrance of the Towne of Decara.
Tispherone
Note: If you do not have the Mark of Fire Dreeb will block you. You must attack him and flee northwest.
Tispherone requires running Hellbent Mountain to kill the eater of dreams. Directions for this from Hellbent Mountain recall:

This will put you outside the eater of dreams cave. This fight is much more risky than killing Lord Glomus since it is CPK. The eater of dreams can not be dispelled via the spell, so a weapon or timepiece are recommended. It will cast psionic spells and deal a fair amount of melee damage. Once you finally kill it, get all from floor, if you are lucky a translucent key will have dropped. If not wait for repop and try again. It may also drop the container "a dream cloud".
You may also check the dream of better days for a translucent key, to reach it from outside of the eater of dreams cave, head all south, all east, follow path along north, after the down, take the first north and go west (through the wall) follow this path to a 4 way intersection, the dream of better days is a few rooms west, also in CPK, but will die in a few rounds. Again once dead get all from the ground, if you are lucky it will drop a translucent key, and also a silver lining, which can be used to unlock a dream cloud. Should neither method yield a translucent key, you can wait north from the 4 way section before the dream of better days, this area is no magic and also non-PK, so you don't have to worry about other players harassing you.
Once you obtain a translucent key, recall, and say "By the flames of gath, deliver me from this inferno" and enter the portal when it opens, once through, head north, west, all north, all west, north, nw, ne, unlock south, south, up search, and south to Tispherone.
To deposit your tokens, simply type archon deposit, depositing will also restore your stats to full. To exit, north, down, east, south, all east, and all south, southeast, will bring you to the entrance of the caves at Hellbent Mountain, or simply recall and open another portal.
