She is fairly easy, she will cast bolt spells for around 2k damage, Psionic spells (watch for TKwave unforming) and will breath fire attacks. Near death she will try to darknen the room, so be prepared for it. A toy can be helpful in killing her, but be sure to give it a shield to block the fire attacks and check its HP regularly. Vextrinas, Priestess of Fire can be fully spelled up, although she will dispel self often, so you will need to reapply.
Once you have slain her, search the room, and then disarm and unlock the east exit with the fire key she dropped. Set your defense to dodge and wear an improved invis item to help prevent getting paralyzed. Then head e, d, 2s, 2se, s, 2sw, nw, search for another nw then go nw, w, nw (private room, you may have to wait for mobs to vacate it), 2sw. This is where a chained guardian will be, dispel it and fully spell it up. It's a Psionic mob, and not too hard especially if you flash bomb it. You need to get a palladium pick from him. Unlock west, and go west to the CPK. If you feel like preventing others from following you, you can choose to lock the door back. Enter the gate once you are ready.

A chain linked amulet worn by dracon worshippers reflects flames with a spectacular glow. The mithril is polished to a mirror-like finish. It is decorated with many symbols that are from a lost civilization and cannot be understood by mortals anymore, at least none of which you know. The amulet is quite cool to the touch and seems to have a fluidity about it that reminds you of water for some reason. This ward may be of some use in places of extreme heat.
