From Winterborn's Mansion's recall, go south, three east, one north, one east. The door north can be bashed, but has a trap and can frag anything not insulated so disarm it or bring someone that can disarm it with you. After that door, go one north, west, two north, one east, and north.
Search for a down, which can also be bashed, and also has a trap, where disarm trap comes in again. The room is cpk so keep an eye on where and who nowhere. He doesn't aggro, but you won't be able to leave until he's dead.
He has next to no hp, so the fight will be quick, but his spells hit fairly hard for a 120. He's easily soloable, but it's better not to take the chance with his spells so if you can, bring a 180 at least to tank him or a form, just make sure a level 120 or lower gets the killing hit.
