Sayto the Emperor "I will help", he will give you a golden seal and tell you to visit Archibold. You will need to be a psionic in your current class, or take a friend who is for the next part. Find Archibold and have the psionic give the seal to him, he will tell him some stuff ending with:
Archibold the Great Scholar whispers to your mind, 'For the four elements I shall avenge the theft and return peace to the mighty Diocletian.' Archibold the Great Scholar gives you a blue rhinestone.
Head back to the Emperor and say the phrase to him, after telling you some more stuff he will give you an emerald seal. Next visit the minotar warrior just north of recall, he will emote and speak, sayto him "yes", he will attack you, kill him this will earn you an air orb and a note. Take a look at the note, and you will see:
Sunbeams dance across us in the noon, we bloom twice times twelve and beneath our beautiful blossoms ye shall find what ye desire.
Head to Larkin and repeat the above phrase to him. He will ask you to retrieve a bee stinger for him, so find a bee and kill and it, then give the stinger to Larkin. Next he will ask you to do one last favour, sayto him "yes" and he will give you a spade, go 1 south of the cross road gardens and dig, you should uncover an oddly-shaped seed, return and give it to Larkin, if it isn't there, try the other rooms around Larkin. This will earn you an earth orb.
Next head into the tunnels below Diocletian and locate the room An Unusual Glowing Dead-End, search here and you will uncover an east exit, head on in. There will be a broom inside, kill it and you will aquire an water orb. This may need to be repeated should it not have one.
Now head back the to the emperor and give him the three orbs, in return he will reward you will the pike of prosperity.
