The Foreman of the Damned is a mob underneath the Tavern of the Boars. To get to him:
Go to Bartender Ramgleg, and sayto him history. After telling you a brief story, he will ask you to consult Thigo, the Tavern Bouncer regarding caverns. Go sayto Thigo caverns and he will ask you to prove your worth by finding him a weapon made of ethereal energy. There is a hidden NPK room north of the bartender, where the skeletal warrior is. Kill him for his sabre and give it to Thigo. He will then ask you to talk to Delphina the master chef about gaining access to the caverns. Go to her (she is in the far north room inside) and sayto her "I am curious about the caverns". She will transfer you in. Go west, south and this is where the foreman of the damned is. He isn't too hard to kill, you can receive a mangled hardhat and some other equipment once you defeat him.
Recommended level: 120.
NOTE: There are no rewards, you just get to kill the foreman. His rewards are very poor with no stats, he is definitely soloable at high second class with some time if you want to try him.
