This run will require 2 to 3 level 120 players, a ranger or monk will help a great deal.
Preparation
Check your reagents and spell mems and have someone who can nexus standing by to help.
Head to Old Armageddon Clan Hall enter the main chamber then goto the northeast room and search for the item a pinch of sea salt, it is low repop so you maybe have to check for a while before finding one. Once obtained hold it and a demon will appear head to the south room, the demon will say some stuff.
Update 06/09/18: It seems the repop of the sea salt has been increased. We found two in the same room within five RL minutes and a third after about another 10-15 RL minutes.
Next find the Padre of Dira in Sigil, sayto him the phrase that the demon gave you earlier ("Tragedy engulfs the wolf of the armageddon"). He will then move to outside the south gate of Sigil. Have somebody cast nexus from there to just outside Old Armageddon Clan Hall. Sayto the padre "the portal is mine", he will then enter the portal. Do the same, he will ask who has brought him here, sayto him that you have and he will join your formation.
N.B. Saying the phrase to him doesn't work for everyone - it may be either the last person in the room when the salt is used, or an alignment requirement, so get everyone to try if it's not working.
Note: The portals have to be right outside the entrances or else it won't work.
Take him to the south room and after about 5 real life minutes he will animate the corpse which will join your party. (Before he finishes his prayer, be visible or the corpse won't join your form.) Take him in and out of the west room to scare off the NPC's and you will be able to go down.

Be careful as the first person to go down upon the First Mate spawning will be backstabbed, also do not use the "say" command in this room. Formation talk or you will be backstabbed. Having somebody to mix calm herbs will be almost a must. The final blow must be from a weapon so be sure to remove your donation gloves if applicable. The First Mate does a bit of damage but when he brings the parrot out is when it gets annoying. Calm, regroup and kill the parrot as soon as you can.
Update 06/09/18: The final blow doesn't seem to necessarily be from a weapon anymore. We got the boss kill and mark from the fight ending with someone bashing him to death.
