This quest [3314] is called 'The Transcendent Thaumaturge', for Adventurers levels 241 to 250. This is a TUTORIAL. It provides no rewards, but teaches you about Alyria. The wizened wizard represents the ultimate mastery of magic. Known as incredibly versatile spellcasters, wizards can inflict a variety of maladies on their opponents, call down all sorts of elements to smite them, and bend the very fabric of reality around them to teleport far away.
