This quest [3313] is called 'The Manipulative Mentalist', for Adventurers levels 241 to 250. This is a TUTORIAL. It provides no rewards, but teaches you about Alyria. A psionic is a master of the mind, being able to not only manipulative physical objects, but the minds of others. Able to use their mentals powers for trickery, clever combat techniques, or utter devastation, the psionic skill set is both versatile and dangerous. The psionic can mimic the effects of many more traditional spells, but their mental afflictions tend to be harder to block than the more physical forms that most other spellcasting takes. A skilled psionic is an opponent you never want to face, a Tutorial quests do not grant rewards. This quest has no time limit. *Your class must be equal to psionic to undertake and complete this quest. *Your current-roomflag must be something other than safe to perform this quest. (Enforced) The Manipulative Mentalist consists of: Phase 1: Destroy a piece of evidence of an unsavory act, provided by the Commissioner of Sin. Phase 2: Defeat the eater of dreams [Group]. Phase 3: Defeat a horrifying, demonic Blarg. Phase 4: Defeat the pit beast [Group]. Phase 5: Possess the Mark of Sanity [220-241]: Defeat a yuan-ti residing in Hotel Hello.. Phase 6: Recover an eldamarian's silver band of domination. Phase 7: Recover an eldamarian's silver armlet of domination. Phase 8: Recover the staid powerbands of an Eldamarian cleric. Phase 9: Possess the Mark of Aggression [1-241]: Help a hunter in Decara kill a large amount of his prey.. Phase 10: Recover an imaginary mindruptor. Phase 11: Complete 5 Quests for Lord Vendredi. Phase 12: Visit an Eldamarian battlerager. Phase 13: Visit an ambitious mindtaker. Phase 14: Return the head of a y'goth to the y'goth hunter of Decara.
