Go to the rabid wolf guard and say I wish to join the order of the rabid wolf. Wait a tick or two and the first phase will be complete. Go to the opposite side and kill 5 members of the malachite golem. Return to the rabid wolf guard then go west, down, 2 east, 2 south, northwest. Then quest complete 4000 to get the mark. This will also start Metaquest Rabid Wolf (4021) and first quest of the said metaquest, Exploring the Forest (4002).
