Fairly long miniquest, mostly due to the waiting factor, other than that pretty straight forward:

The ink comes from the expert fisherman who will have a 1% chance to check if players are in the room,
if so, it will then have a 25% chance to catch a squid, gut it, and drop the ink sac into the room.

When the ink sac drops on the ground, pick it up and go two southwest to Mama Kjarlow. Make sure you have the fishing lure, the camel paintbrush and the ink sac in your inventory. She will recognize the items in your inventory, and follow her instructions of giving her the items. She will give you a new lure. Go 2 northeast back to the elderly fisherman, make sure you are visible and give him the new lure.

Note: When I did the mark, Mama Kjarlow did not recognise the items in my inventory, she just sneered. If this happens, just give her the fishing lure and you should be able to trigger her. -Chibby

Note: When I did the mark, the ink sac does not appear on the ground if you look. So if you step away for a sec and come back and look, you will not see the ink sac - scroll up to make sure he didn't do his thing while you were gone. I waited about 2 hours only to see 'The ink sac decomposes' after a quick afk -Kaetra

These boots have seen better days. Caked with mud and grime, fish guts
and river filth, they barely even resemble boots. The leather is worn to
the point of falling apart, and the laces have long since disappeared. In
this state it is very unlikely that they would remain on the average sized
foot. They are rather comfortable though, having been broken in for ages,
apparently. Walking around in these boots would also be a challenge, since
the muck and sludge covering and filling them makes them very, very
slippery.

Note: The stone skin on a pair of mudcaked clodhoppers can be used to cast +4 ar stone skin, when worn 3 times it will have a duration of 64 Alyrian minutes, enabling you to wear another item in a slot you would normally wear for stone skin.
