Introduction
A Frost Revenant is located in the The Proving Grounds on Irda Isle, you will need a lockpick and detect illusion to release it. Recommend 2 to 3 people for this, as it has a fair amount of health. From recall head north to 5 north 3 west and then north, cast detect illusion and head north again. If A Frost Revenant has not already being released by someone there will be a prisoner in the room upon entering you will be greeted by a series of emotes:

If this occurs, then pick lock down, the prisoner will change into the revenant and attack you then run away into the The Proving Grounds.
Preparation
Quickly check your mems, make sure you have some cure disease reagents, and also a large amount of flash bombs can be useful as well. You will now need to locate the revenant to kill it, it will be a hidden mob with only fireshield, so look for a lit up room, beware that on entry it will backstab for around 800 damage.

The Revenant is pretty easy, it will try blind, plague the tank, and deal frost melee damage as well as breath attacks. You can flash bomb, blind spell and counter spell A Frost Revenant which will save having to cure disease. At some point in the fight A Frost Revenant will make an emote and instantly deal around 2400 damage or more to all players and npc's in the room. So at all points of the fight, everyone must remain above 2400hp. Also, the frost revenant has a chance to randomly teleport away mid-combat, so you may have to look for him again.
