With everything, head to Tattoo Room (146126) in Vir. If you are missing any Fil, the tattoo artist may say to you:
Fil, the tattoo artist says to you. 'You look like a fine warrior, but not... that fine. a little housecleaning automaton has come into my shop, and refuses to leave. it is even stronger than the Ithrix that I have observed, as they passed through- if you were to demonstrate to me your hunter-slaying prowess, in the form of tokens and their nefarious eggs, I might ask you to help me!'
Otherwise he will say:
