The Dracolich is a minor run, easily doable with two people. - For a more in depth guide check on the bottom of the short guide on how to do this and the Mark of Avarice.
Preparation
Check mems, reagents, a single use of dispel area can be helpful, some form of charm and make sure it is night time as the run can only be done then.
A bloody key made of bone
Next head to Dungeon Avarice, from the entrance, head all south all down all north, all east, all north, east, all north, down, then 2 west, south east, southeast, up, west, southwest, down and down again. This will lead you to a room called Unknown if possible cast dispel area to allow easier navigation. Head northwest and follow the path, be careful as this first mob is in CPK and it's easy to get trapped in here. Killed An ancient red dragon and continue to until you receive a bloody key made of bone from him.
Large key made of bone
Return to the Unknown intersection and go north, kill Anthraxus the Diseased One and get a large key made of bone from him too.
Small bloody key
Return to the Unknown intersection and head southeast. Follow the path heading as east as possible. Go south and kill A lich lord, and get the final a small bloody key from him.
Sacrifice
Return to the Unknown intersection, head south and locate a young sucubuss, often found in a hidden room a few rooms south, charm one and take it back up from the Unknown intersection, you should cast some armor spells on it and sanctuary if you can. Continue along the path, go north at the intersection and then along the first east. Once you get to the altar, give all 3 keys to the priest and then say "sacrifice". He will perform a sacrifice and then give you the real key to unlock The Dracolich's door.
The Dracolich encounter
From here, go all east until the first south, go 2 south and prepair in the safe room. Make sure no one is around, check who for people in the underground and try track them, if it's all clear continue southeast, southwest, west, all up. Unlock the door and attack The Dracolich who will most likely be hidden in the room. He isn't really hard, but he paralyzes and you can get cpked very easily here. He casts alot of draining spells, and every so often will instant cast several breath attacks in one round, which can do upwards of 800 damage.

Dracolich Tutorial - The Mark of Avarice consists of:
Phase 1: *Make your way to the mouth of Dungeon Avarice.
Phase 2: *Traverse the cave mouth, and make your way down the stairs.
Phase 3: *Make your way north, through the lava tubes, until you come to the cliff above an icy stream.
Phase 4: *Drop down into the freezing river, and travel east until you can take the second north.
Phase 5: *The fire giants' mages have special knowledge of their home, and you need to obtain it to pass through the confusing local terrain.
Phase 6: *Once you have obtained the special knowledge, head back west through the icy stream.
Phase 7: *When you see a pool of still water to your south, swim east past it.
Phase 8: *Once past the pool, emerge on the landing and then climb the chasm walls as far as you're able.
Phase 9: *You will come to an unknown section of the chasm- use the fire giant mage's knowledge to travel through it.
Phase 10: *Travel northwest from Unknown, and pass all the way through the painted corridors.
Phase 11: *A dragon's lair is past the corridors- if you're lucky, it will be asleep.
Phase 12: *Take a formation to do what you need to in order to take its hoard.
Phase 13: *You need the dragon's bloody key made of bone, for the first part of the prophet's ritual.
Phase 14: *Once you have the first key, go back to Unknown and travel north into the diseased hall.
Phase 15: *A creature of filth and disease lurks in the hall- put it out of its misery with your formation.
Phase 16: *Liberate a large key made of bone from the pestilent corpse- it is key to the second part of the prophet's ritual.
Phase 17: *Travel back through Unknown, and exit to the northeast.
Phase 18: *Find the lich lord who jealously protects a small, bloody key and retrieve it from him.
Phase 19: *Once you have the key, make your way back to Unknown.
Phase 20: *From Unknown, head southwest, through the torture chambers.
Phase 21: *Find the altar room, where captured elementals are tortured to death.
Phase 22: *You will need the torturer's implements to sway a succubus, so put her out of our misery.
Phase 23: *Keep the helm handy, as you will need it to wrest a succubus from her master's clutches.
Phase 24: *Return to Unknown, and this time proceed south.
Phase 25: The halls are full of monsters, so find the hidden vampire's tomb as quickly as you can.
Phase 26: Using the helm of the dominator to charm the succubus back through Unknown, north and take the first east, up through the gusty, windy room, climb into the icy stream, and go east to the Prophet of the Caves at the Gravel Landing..
Phase 27: *Before the succubus returns to her senses, give all 3 keys the prophet of the caves.
Phase 28: *Once you have given the prophet of the caves all three keys, say to him that the succubus has been prepared for the sacrifice.
Phase 29: *At the end of the ceremony, the prophet will have a huge bone key ready for you.
Phase 30: *Travel east from the prophet, avoiding the tunnel of flames by turning south.
Phase 31: *Once past the Dracolich's temple of death, prepare yourself in the illuminated cavern. This will be your final chance to prepare yourself for combat.
Phase 32: When you and your formation are ready, climb southeast and upwards to the Dracolich's lair. The cultists are not allowed in and do not know the way- you will have to SEARCH for it yourself.
From here, go all east until the first south, go 2 south and prepare in the safe room.
