Find Bilious Toad of Ruin in the Xazra, be careful of other boss mobs that can kill you quickly like the MaDmAn? and the Murder Beast. Once you find the Toad, kill it, and find your way out of Xazra by finding the keyhole. When you enter the keyhole you will be teleported into the blademaster's room in New Kolvir, southwest, northwest, north, down all south all west is how you get get out New Kolvir from there.(better have passdoor and invis to walk out of new kolvir tho.) Also beware the Binding Curse from Xazra will not leave you immediately upon being teleported.
You plunge your the scythe of terror into the bilious toad of ruin's skin until its skin bursts like an overripe mango, in an explosion of innards and bile.
