Standard dragon boss; immune to bash, pierce is best. His melee is fire-damage, so have Water Invocation up if druid or wear fire-resist gear. He also uses breath attacks, so have shield block at the ready. He does a lot of damage, so you'll want to hop in, poke it a few times, flee out.
