Location:Maldra Keep, a random northeast that can be found anywhere. Is a private room, therefore a solo boss.
Don't poison him, but apply all other debuffs. He is dispellable. He casts a random witch spell (via emote) when you enter. Doesn't cast. You will need detect invisibility to be able to see him until you dispel it off of him.
