Mark Of Turbulence

Defeat the two hounds summoned by Pyromancer Tirumathi while maliced. Should you kill Pyromancer Tirumathi but fail to finish killing the hounds, they will not despawn so it is possible to return to the pyre and come back up top to complete the mark. Even if Pyromancer Tirumathi respawns, she is non-aggro and does not reform with them.
