Mark Of Liberation

Start the quest at the shrouded vigilante:

1. buy a tough pair of worker's overalls at the leather store
2. give a tough pair of worker's overalls to the Althaman caretaker., receive a small bag of grass seeds
3. give a small bag of grass seeds to a sporefolk edaphologist, receive a giant mushroom spore
4. bury a giant mushroom spore in that room with the up
5. wait until the mushroom breaks open the ceiling. the mushroom decays and the up closes rather quickly (2-3 ticks) so you'll have to go up fast.
6. get a quest from the QM up

Quest phases are below:

• Phase 1: Visit Elder Glondale [Althaman].
• Phase 2: Ask Elder Glondale about Grimthar.
• Phase 3: Ask Elder Laigen about Grimthar. (He will attack when you SAYTO him Grimthar. Kill him to get the cellar key needed for next phase)
• Phase 4: Recover and Keep the cellar key [Althaman].
• Phase 5: Recover and Keep a hooded ceremonial cloak [Althaman]. (NE, west, down from Eldar Laigen's room. Unlock down with the cellar key, go down, then search for a hidden west, and get all chest (lootable)).
• Phase 6: Journey to The Village Meeting Chamber [Althaman]. Need to wear the ceremonial cloak and go into the meeting chamber area. Enter portal.
• Phase 7: Defeat Grimthar, the Berserker [Althaman].

Once all phases are done, go back to the shrouded vigilante and "quest complete 29028" to get mark.
