You have to be visible, negative align, and shifted or he won't talk to you (This is for the initial meeting). When you go to turn in, be shapeshifted. He won't talk , but I stayed shifted just in case, then just give him the stuff he asked for. If the item is not fresh enough he says:
'Sorry Lioane, but that just isn't...' a shapeshifted sidhe says to you. 'Fresh enough. Ideally, you should bring me all of the pieces within forty standard Alyrian days of obtaining them.'
When the item is fresh enough he says:
'Thanks, Lioane!' a shapeshifted sidhe exclaims to you. 'This is exactly what I needed, just as fresh as required. I need the rest of the components now, before any of these things start rotting, or Major Halem's mnemonic drugs kick in and I start forgetting what I'm doing...' 'I guess that's all of them!' a shapeshifted sidhe exclaims. 'I shall construct the superweapon, as necessary... you go fight Hetharin, he ought to be in a weakened state. After this, go to Hetharin's room and fight him as usual. I didn't notice much of a difference when fighting him compared to fighting him normally. After death:

You have killed 2 bosses since your last PK. You gain 524 archon points! You gain 262 quest points! You feel more evil.
