I once loved a woman named Saresyn. She was my better half until Baba Yaga,
Vortex and Lady Bane kidnapped and murdered her. I was destroyed but have
learned to cope since then. This is a very important time of year in our
society. We must find mates and start families to fill our ever expanding
lands. I have decided that the cost of all weddings and hand fasting will
be reduced on a day remembering the love that Lady Saresyn and I shared. In
order to prepare for this day, please help couples around the world prepare
for marriage. Each of my fellow quest masters has a couple struggling to
come together during this season of love. Complete all these tasks, and you
will be rewarded with a handsome dowry.

- Ignore the line about completing quests from Lord Agrippa's Envoy
- Best chance to get this quest is to HOLD onto a standard quest then quest request from Lord Agrippa. You might get a seasonal quest or a metaphase quest ("Help the Young Couple"). If the latter, hold onto that quest as well. By already being on a standard quest and a metaphase quest it restricts the open pool of available quests to seasonal quests. Keep abandoning/completing these seasonal quests from Lord Agrippa until you receive this metaquest.
