You go outside cities with snow and find white *'s, if they have snow, you push snow direction

You want to keep pushing it into other snow piles, the piles will grow into a head, then torso, then boulder.

You have to push 3 different piles of head/torso/boulder into 1 room and they combine into a snowman.

You then have to find The Winter Wanderer and buy a hat(5 tickets), then you put the hat on the snowman and it comes to life as a snowman of 193 different races.

To buy tickets you go to Silax in Sigil (The Central Hallway (28448))

The Winter Wanderer is wandering the wilds and is marked by a white W on the vmap. It can be surveyed and has the string "Like a mirage of water in the desert, a snowflake glimmers in the distance."

Get unflavored snow cones from the snowman boss, and take to a sprite in 3 cities: PC(west entrance), Gilvery and Emperor's Crossroad. Flavors change daily - look at them to see, e.g. +++ Today Frosthowl is offering to flavor snow cones with Banana.) Consuming a unique flavor counts towards the slushie, brain-freeze and ice marks.

They added a fourth sprite to the Maldra's kitchen area. His flavor changes every RL hour. They changed it so the other sprites change their flavor every Alyrian day.

Snowcones were changed to an Alyrian day rotation with a new snow sprite added at The Clandestine Kitchen (68650) in Maldra Keep, changing flavors every IRL hour. Remaining flavors:

Go to The Hot Spring (22354) in Frost Giant's Keep with a form of 3 and wear yetidar then use yetidar transfer. You will be teleported, go south and start fighting Glurff. He summons but isn't overly difficult. After killing you can handraise to get either gift or coal and then sayto yule leave to get out. Return to Silax to complete quest and receive the mark.
