Encounter
There is a acid pool that will periodically tick damage to everyone. This can be reduced by the shield block skill so all form members should set combat defense shield block. If your classes don't give you the shield block skill, wear a centaur chieftain's sash obtained from the centaur chieftain boss in vospire at first class. This will grant you knowledge of dodge, acrobatics, parry, shield block at 25%.
The orc will aggro on entry though it can start off with a cast meaning if the tank does not engage quickly, a random form member could be insta-gibbed by fireballs and a combat round.
