Preparation
You're going to need at least two competent 240+ people to successfully do this run, one should be a max or near max, high armor, archon that can tank Juggernaught, 3 people makes this run significantly easier.
If you don't stumble upon the portal randomly, the most likely way to run ferromancer is by using an oval energy belt to divine the room name in the wilds where the ferromancer creates his portal. The oval energy belt I believe is a fragment item. It has a level requirement of 241 and you have the mark of Tricks to wear it. While wearing the belt you can see all portals created on the alyrian wilds vmap, player nexus's, world gate changes, and the ferromancer portals. You're looking for the portal between the Dark Order Clan Hall and a random room in the wilds.
Now comes the hard part of finding the portal before it closes. It looks like a regular nexus portal and you have roughly 10 RL minutes to find the portal before it closes using just the room name to track it down. I use log files to help track down the continent/area the room is in. To help your search wear any orienteering gear you have and if you're a bard and have a high enough music ability play Travelling Song (play D# C# B# G G G A).
If only one person gets into ferromancer it can be a lot easier to coordinate getting more people into there as you can hop out and give the coords when he next creates a portal, you just have a random wait that could take up to 2 hours till he creates another portal.
Encounter
So you've now made it into the Old Dark Order clan hall, and you have at least one friend with you. First rule, don't walk straight south/into the non-PK room, or you will now be out of the hall and probably unable to get back in.
The most important part of this run is communication. You need to keep the Juggernaught (in the west/southwest) in combat while ferromancer is being fought or he will storm out of his cupboard and mess shit up for whoever is fighting the ferromancer at the time, most likely killing them.
