Kill the spy and take the documents--be quick about this because the spy will not hang around.
Return the folio to the Master of Intelligence (one north of the person you pay for the Immigrant's Pass) near the entrance for the mark.
555 qp and 20 ap, along with the ability to enter Xalt without buying an Immigrant's Pass.
NOTE: I got 596 qp and 6 mill experience from this mark. You must be invis to be able to stay in the room once the spy is in. Also the room will randomly shove you east as well as the room has a fear flag like maldras room
