Complete the Saucy Wench Tavern mini-quest.
First off find Vordena then sayto her son.
Vordena will then tell you that she has lost a locket with a picture of her son in it. The locket can be found in a bathroom on the second floor, in a shelf with a hidden long-description - typing get locket shelf should net you the item if it's there. The locket seems to be on a low repop thus you might have to wait a bit for this.
Return to Vordena and give her the locket, she'll give you a key that opens some of the rooms upstairs, but is unimportant for the purpose of this mark. She will invite you to go dance, so follow her to the bar area. She should be in the same room as a laughing serving wench. If she isn't, spook the laughing serving wench into Vordena's room.
Beckon to the laughing serving wench, and she'll ask if you want to have some fun. Give her the amount of gold she asks for, and once she checks with Vordena that you're okay, she will bring you to a locked back room.
Here, the laughing serving wench will give you the safe word and begin to whip you, doing damage each time she whips. Note the amount of damage you take, and when you are one whip away from death, use the safe word to get her to stop whipping you. Ideally, you should get your hp to less than 50. The back room is no-regen, and I removed my gear so that I lost hp faster in case of an area repop. You should get the mark after saying the safety word. Mark is on a random.
You also cannot have been a recent customer of the wench. Meaning, that it's probably only possible to get the mark on the first try with the wench.
Note: Unfortunately, when I tried the mark, the area repopped as I was being whipped, and the tavern wench disappeared from the locked back room, leaving me with a sore ass and nothing to show for it.
