Infinite Loop

The 'A timelorn time traveler' NPC can give boss kill hunt missions for a certain boss, similar to the tellerium social services and Madame Sloor's divinations from Arien'dyth.

This guide will describe how to get access to the timelorn time traveler to get your target.

If you visit the bartender at the top of the The Tavern At The End Of Time you can request a quest and receive the quest below.

The quest appears to have a long cool down (1 day?) if you fail it, so make sure you're ready to attempt it. I would buy a potion of haste from the NR potion shop that requires you to take the gondola before hand because time is very short timer (12.5 minutes) and waiting for the gondola can screw you over.

You can WoR? to Genaurus on the road towards Waylanders retreat so you can cancel the run and WoR? for maximum efficiency. Run towards the tavern and then once you're close to the tavern you can WoR? again.

Successfully completing this quest will give you a massive syringe which you take to the passed out chronomancer who is in the east near the entrance to the Tavern.

Wear the guild pin after waking up the chronomancer and then head to the bar tender and sayto bar infinite loop then sit at the bar and you'll be teleported to the Infinite Loop.

A timelorn time traveler was on the east side of the loop for me and you can sayto time help to get a boss hunt mission.

This quest [25100] is called 'In the Nick of Time!',
for Adventurers levels 100 to 241.
The bartender is the master in charge of this quest.
Well, it looks like he's gotten himself into quite a fix. Again. I can't
leave the bar untended to go help, and this is becoming a disturbing pattern
with him. If you don't mind giving me a hand with that portly gentleman
downstairs, then here is what needs to happen. It looks like his abuse of
chronomancy has slowed his vitals down to the point where he is effectively
frozen in time. Temporal anomalys attract attention. Dealing with that
attention gets messy, and well, I just re-paneled that washroom. We need to
get him back up to speed immediately, and that requires the contents of a
haste potion injected directly into his heart. Unfortunately, due to his
girth a regular syringe isn't going to do the trick. We will have to find
some way to extend the length of the needle to get that haste potion where
it needs to go. If you still want to help him, go - and go now! Time is
ticking...

'May the elements favor you, Domo!' the bartender exclaims.

the bartender tells you, 'Congratulations on the completion of thy quest, Domo!'
the bartender tells you, 'As a reward for thy valor, I am awarding you 72 quest points, 1 alignment, and 7 practices.'
The bartender hands you a massive syringe.
A massive syringe emits a bright flare of white light as it binds with you.
'Be careful with that thing, you could hurt someone!' the bartender exclaims.
The bartender goes back to polishing glasses.

This small chamber is well-lit by a pair of covered hurricane lanterns.
The familiar wood paneling on the walls imparts a sense of warmth, however
the floor in here is a polished gray stone with a metal drain set in the
center. There is a silver mirror mounted on one wall above a basin
conveniently stocked with soap and fresh towels and a small sign is framed
to the right of the mirror. A short bench along the eastern wall has a
covered hole for answering nature's call, and there are three small
seashells resting on a shelf nearby.
A short tubby man is sprawled out on the floor, completely unresponsive.

You hold a massive syringe in your left hand.

You raise a massive syringe above your head before slamming it down into the chest of an unconscious chronomancer. You
feel it glance off of a rib as it penetrates his chest cavity and sinks home.
A chronomancer gasps loudly as his eyes shoot open!
A chronomancer sits up briefly, then rises to his feet.
A chronomancer says, 'Alright, that's the last time! I'm done with this!
'Here, take this - I won't be needing it anymore.' says a chronomancer.
A chronomancer pulls off his lapel pin, and flips it to you.
A chronomancer leaves west.

You focus your powers of observation on a chronomancer's guild pin:
Item 'a chronomancer's guild pin' is type jewelry, alignment 0, made of unknown-alloy (in (new) condition),[Study][LTB]
has keywords 'chronomancer guild pin', equipped on the chest.

*This item may be repaired 4 times.
*This item is bound to Domo.
This small disc is made of some unknown black metallic alloy. The metal
shines and sparkles in the light, but in a somewhat subdued manner. There
is a small blue infinity symbol etched into the front of the pin, and a
clasp on the backside for attaching to your garments.

wear guild
You wear a chronomancer's guild pin on your chest.
Your chronomancers guild pin pulses with a bright blue energy.
The pulse of energy completely consumes your chronomancers guild pin flaring brightly.
The pulse of energy intensifies, and then with a CRACK dissapates, leaving the following message burned into your mind:
If you wish to learn more about the Infinite Loop, ask the bartender.

sayto bar infinite loop
You say to the bartender, 'Infinite loop'
The bartender says to you, 'By wearing that guild pin you've accepted our offer of membership into the Chronomancer's
Guild - on a trial basis of course.'
The bartender says to you, 'The Infinite Loop is the exclusive domain of the Chronomancer's Guild, and only members are
permitted to know that it exists.'
The bartender says to you, 'Higher ranking members of our guild can take advantage of the unique properties of the
Infinite Loop to travel backwards or forwards in time.'
'Although you're not anywhere near strong enough to travel through time, you are welcome to explore the Loop itself.'
 the bartender says to you.
The bartender says to you, 'Simply take a seat at the bar here and the temporal energies will transport you to the
 Loop.'

sit bar
You sit down at a polished mahogany bar.
The runes around the edge of the mahogany bar crackle and begin glowing with a bright blue light.
You scramble to your feet.

This is a natural plaza at the intersection of two large stone tunnels.
The stone is a smooth gray in color, rougher on the walls but polished
smooth underfoot from years of traffic. There are thin veins of a strange
mineral spidering all through the floor, walls, and ceiling. The mineral
itself is deep black, sparkling with a metallic sheen. At irregular
intervals a pulse of electric blue energy seeps out of the ground in the
center of the room and travels down the tunnel to the northeast leaving a
trail of eerie blue light in its wake.
A shimmering rift in the fabric of time is here.

The far eastern end of this looping tunnel is entirely composed of that
strange black mineral. The gray stone is long gone and your footsteps ring
out as you proceed down the tunnel. The concentrations of the mineral
continue to intensify the further east you go, and there are large, stump-
like protrusions coming out of the floor along the eastern edge of the room.
Each one is a pace across and knee high, the top being perfectly flat and
blemish free. The irregular pulses of energy cause the entire room to glow
with a blue light.
A satyr mopes about the Loop, despondent.
