Balaria is one east, and casts spells. If you're trying to solo this for the boss kill at sixty or one-twenty, it might be better to just flee west from the spells than to take the hits as they pack a bit of a punch, but nothing that'll do insane damage. Just keep up the attacks, flee and heal up as you need to, and keep an eye out for player killers, and Balaria should go down fairly easy.
